Cheshire: Its unique flavor derives from salt deposits in nearby pasturelands. Colored Cheshire does not differ in flavor from white Cheshire. Both have a slightly crumbly and silky texture and both have a wonderfully full-bodied, fresh flavor. The only difference is its color, produced by an ancient vegetable dye called annatto.Tags
